Scripture

John 14:6 (ESV)

“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”

Reflection

In this verse, Jesus doesn’t just show the way—He is the way. He doesn’t merely speak the truth—He is the truth. And He doesn’t simply offer life—He is life itself.

When the disciples were anxious and uncertain about what was coming, Jesus reminded them that faith in Him was not about finding a path but trusting a Person. Every direction, every purpose, every piece of peace we seek is found in relationship with Him.

The world often offers temporary ways, half-truths, and fleeting satisfaction—but Jesus offers something unshakable. He bridges the gap between our brokenness and God’s wholeness. In Him, the road becomes clear, the truth becomes steady, and life becomes eternal.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank You for being the Way when I feel lost, the Truth when I am confused, and the Life when I am weary. Guide my steps today in Your direction, guard my heart in Your truth, and fill my spirit with Your life. Help me reflect Your light wherever I go, so others might see the way to the Father through You. Amen.
