📖 Scripture

2 Corinthians 4:18 (ESV)

“As we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.”

✨ Reflection

Life can overwhelm us when we only focus on what we see, bills, workload, opinions, markets, exhaustion, uncertainty. But Paul reminds us that what seems most real — the visible — is actually the least permanent.

The troubles that shout the loudest are temporary.
The glory God is building in you is eternal.

Faith is not denying reality…
It’s choosing which reality deserves our focus.

As you move through today, the schedules, the stress, the unexpected, keep your eyes lifted.
Every challenge is temporary.
Every act of faith builds forever.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, help me lift my eyes off what presses me today
and set them on what You are preparing for me.
Give me eternal vision, to see Your purposes
even in temporary problems.
Fix my focus on Christ
and strengthen my heart with what truly lasts.
Amen.
